A warm welcome to our holiday apartment “Am Mühlgraben”!
Our comfortably furnished and cozy apartment is located by Lake Olbersdorf, at the foot of the Zittau Mountains, and was completed in April 2018.
With 70 square meters, the apartment offers plenty of space for relaxation for up to 3 guests (+ baby cot). Located on the ground floor with a private entrance, it includes a living room, bathroom, spacious kitchen, bedroom, storage room (ideal for bicycles), and a terrace with barbecue, sandbox for children, and access to the large garden.

Bedroom
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with adjustable slatted frames. An additional bed for one more person can be provided on request, as well as a baby cot if needed. A modern Smart TV is also included, and bed linen is provided.

Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, shower stool, and towel heater. Towels are provided. For guests with limited mobility, grab bars are installed at both the toilet and the shower.
Terrace
The apartment’s furnished terrace is set in the spacious garden and features a barbecue and a sandbox for the little ones.
Kitchen
The modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area features a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, stove, oven, and all essential utensils. A baby high chair is available on request.
Living Room
The living room highlights include a cozy corner sofa and a 55-inch 4K Smart TV connected to the internet, offering full functionality.
